Fresh Voices from the Periphery

The book Trianon 100 – Voices from the Periphery contains the best writings of an essay competition. The authors are Hungarians living in the countries surrounding Hungary and in Canada, who share their thoughts and experiences related to the 1920 peace treaty.

Designing the book was a complex and exciting task. In addition to the design of the typographic system, I’ve made illustrations for the cover and the chapter-opening pages. In these montages important symbols and quotations for Hungarians living abroad appear.

The volume was published in Hungary, Canada and Transylvania, in Hungarian and English.
